Refund Policy

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription keeps access and the credits from the current paid period until that period ends. The subscription does not renew after that.

Refunds

If a payment is refunded, unused credits from that payment are removed. Credits already spent become a balance that is deducted from any credits added later.

Failed renewal

If a renewal payment fails, new subscription credits stop being granted while the subscription is paused. Credits already granted stay usable.

Generation credits

If a generation task fails before a result is delivered, the credits charged for that task are returned. That return does not need a separate request.

Credits spent on a completed generation stay spent, because that generation was already sent to the model provider.

How to ask

Open a support ticket from your account settings and include the account email, the approximate payment date, and the order or receipt reference. Do not send card numbers.
